Your tests report suggests you have paratyphoid fever/infection.

Tablet paracetamol for fever
Tablet rantac, tablet A to Z.
Avoid outside food and water
Take proper bed rest, light diet and home made fresh juice.
Drink plenty of water
Maintain proper hygiene and sanitation.
